Specialist Salesforce consultants for your team
Add specialist Salesforce skills to your own team for a defined period, from Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to Flow, Apex and Lightning Web Components.

Sometimes you do not need a whole project team. You have a capable internal team or delivery partner, a clear plan, and a gap: nobody who has written Marketing Cloud SQL at scale, configured identity resolution in Data Cloud, or untangled years of automation on the Opportunity object.
GeekMidst offers specialist Salesforce consultants for hire who join your team for a defined period and work within your processes, tools and priorities. The aim is to fill a specific skills gap, deliver the work, and leave your team more capable than before.
When this model fits
- Your team has the plan and the leadership, but lacks one or two specialist skills.
- A project has a peak of work in a particular area, such as migration or journey build.
- You want a senior reviewer for designs, code or configuration produced by your team.
- You are between hires and need cover without lowering the standard of work.

How we set it up
- 01
Describe the gap
Tell us the skills, the work, the tools you use and how long you expect to need help.
- 02
Match and introduce
We propose the person or people we think fit and arrange a conversation with your lead, so you can judge the fit yourself.
- 03
Agree the working arrangement
Hours, time zone overlap, communication channels, code review and deployment rules, and how access will be granted.
- 04
Onboard
Your team provides access, environments and context. We read your standards and follow them.
- 05
Deliver and review
Work runs through your backlog, with regular check-ins between your lead and ours to make sure it is going well.
- 06
Hand over
Before the arrangement ends, work is documented and knowledge is passed to your team.
Working from India with your team
GeekMidst is based in India and works with teams in other regions. We agree overlap hours at the start so stand-ups, reviews and urgent questions have a predictable slot, and we keep written updates clear so work can carry on across time zones without waiting for a call.
Responsibilities on both sides
Because your team leads the work, a few things need to be clear from day one:
- Direction. You set priorities and acceptance criteria. We will challenge a requirement if we think it will cause problems, then follow your decision.
- Standards. We follow your naming conventions, branching strategy and definition of done, and suggest improvements where helpful.
- Access. Named accounts with the least privilege needed, created by your admin, in line with our security and data handling practices.
- Knowledge transfer. Pairing, documentation and walkthroughs are part of the work, not an extra.
If the need turns out to be broader than one skill, we will say so and suggest a better-suited engagement model, such as a scoped project.
