Dreamforce 2026 ran from 15 to 17 September at Moscone Center in San Francisco (the dates come from Salesforce Ben; Salesforce's newsroom items are dated 15 and 16 September). As usual, the keynotes mixed features you can switch on today with features that are months away. This article sorts the headline announcements into three groups, using Salesforce's own status labels as of September 2026: available now, promised with a date, and beta or pilot. A fourth group has no stated status at all.

Why does this matter? Business cases, statements of work and roadmaps often get written straight after Dreamforce. If a plan depends on a pilot feature, it can stall for a quarter or more. Separating the groups up front helps you set realistic timelines.

  • Systems Integration Agent, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Agent Health Monitoring and Voice Observability.
  • Agentforce Voice in six new languages (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Canadian French), plus Field Voice in the Salesforce mobile app.
  • Prompt Builder reference visibility.
  • Custom Scorers: the API is GA, but the UI is Beta.
  • Missionforce Operations: GA in U.S. regions.
  • Google Cloud: Agentforce Reasoning Engine with Gemini, and the catalog feed integration.

Promised with a near-term date

These had announced GA dates. Today is late October 2026, so some dates may have passed. Check Salesforce's announcements or Help before you describe any of them as live.

Beta, pilot or not yet GA

  • AIforce: the umbrella for "Salesforce on any surface", governed by your existing permissions. It is built on Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, the Headless Toolkit (MCPs, APIs, skills and plug-ins) and AgentExchange.
  • Claudeforce / Salesforce in Claude: a prebuilt MCP server with 37 sales skills. Beta for all customers, announced with Anthropic on 26 August 2026.
  • Koa: Salesforce's first CRM reasoning model. It runs in Salesforce infrastructure, and Salesforce says no customer data was used to train it. Pilot, with GA expected in winter 2026 in U.S. regions.
  • Headless Experience Layer: Beta at Dreamforce.
  • Voice for Employee Agents in Lightning Desktop: Pilot.
  • Voice and Conversation Testing, A/B Experimentation for agents (from October), Prompt Builder conditional expressions and batch prompt testing, and Builder Central: Beta.
  • Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini Enterprise: Beta.

The Salesforce Development plug-in for Claude Code is listed in the Claude Code marketplace, but the newsroom gave no GA date.

No status stated

Salesforce gave no availability label for these: Superagent (the third-party orchestration front door), Upgrade Agent (Einstein Bot to Agentforce, from Agentforce Labs), Deterministic Rendering, Salesforce Quick Pages, Compliance Agent in Privacy Center, the Enterprise AI Harness, and Marketing Cloud's Campaign Agent, Account Discovery, Adaptive Web and RCS Messaging. Treat them as direction, not as plans.

What to do after Dreamforce

  1. 01

    Sort your wish list

Tag each feature you want as GA, dated or beta/pilot, using the lists above.

  2. 02

    Check licensing

Ask your account team which editions, add-ons or credits each GA feature needs. Don't assume it is included.

  3. 03

    Build on GA first

Base committed deliverables on GA features. Put pilot items in a later phase.

  4. 04

    Watch the dated items

Set a reminder to confirm Agent Optimizer, Hunter and Slackforce status in Help as their dates arrive.

  5. 05

    Get data and permissions ready

Most agent features depend on clean data, Data 360 and the right sharing model. Start there.

Questions we hear

Can we use Agentforce Coworker now?
Salesforce describes it as GA and instantly available. Confirm in your org which permissions and licences it needs.
Is Claudeforce available to everyone?
It is in Beta for all customers. Beta terms apply, so keep it out of critical processes.
When will Koa be GA?
Salesforce says GA is expected in winter 2026 in U.S. regions. It is a pilot today.
Where can we watch the sessions?
Salesforce+ hosts Dreamforce sessions on demand. Dreamforce 2027 is scheduled for 21–23 September 2027.
