How GeekMidst protects the information you share with us, handles client project data and accepts security reports.
This page brings together how GeekMidst handles the information you share with us, the data we work with on client projects, and how to report a security concern.
This website
- The site is served over HTTPS. Admin accounts use strong password hashing, rate-limited sign-in and optional two-step login.
- Enquiries are stored in our own database and used only to reply and follow up on your request. We do not sell or share them.
- No advertising trackers. Analytics runs only if we enable it, and first-party click counts are aggregated without personal data.
- The website database is backed up, and restores are tested before they are relied on.
Client projects
- We work in sandboxes with masked or synthetic data wherever the project allows.
- Access is requested at the lowest level the task needs and removed when the work ends.
- Credentials stay in the client's approved tools, never in email or chat.
- Decisions, configurations and changes are documented and handed over.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability on this website, email the security contact listed in our security.txt file. Please include the steps to reproduce it, and do not access or change data that is not yours. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed while we look into it.
