Gurugram
JLL estimated in September 2025 that Gurugram's Grade A office stock would reach nearly 100 million sq ft by the end of 2025, and that the city took 12% of India's office leasing in the first half of that year. JLL names IT/ITES, BFSI, telecom, healthcare and co-working as the main occupier sectors, and notes that General Electric was one of the first major US companies to set up there.
Noida
Noida is an electronics manufacturing hub. The News Minute reported that Samsung's Sector 81 plant, inaugurated in July 2018, was billed as the world's largest mobile factory. Uttar Pradesh government leaders have claimed that 55–65% of India's mobile phones are made in the state; the figures differ between statements, so treat them as political claims.
