Marketing Cloud Next explained
Marketing Cloud Next is Salesforce's agentic marketing product on the core platform and Data 360. Here is how it works and how to adopt it.

Marketing Cloud Next is Salesforce's agentic marketing product built on the core Salesforce platform and Data 360. Unlike Marketing Cloud Engagement, which runs on a separate platform, it shares the same org, data model, security and automation tools as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Salesforce says new customers start with Marketing Cloud Growth Edition or Advanced Edition.
What it is for
Marketing Cloud Next is for teams that want marketing to work directly from CRM and Data 360 data, use Flow for automation, and use AI agents to help plan, create and optimise campaigns.

How it connects with other Salesforce products
Because it runs in the core platform, Marketing Cloud Next uses CRM objects and Data 360 profiles and segments directly. Flow handles automation, Agentforce supplies marketing agents, and Trailhead positions Loyalty Management within Marketing Cloud Next.
