Marketing Cloud Intelligence consulting
Support for existing Marketing Cloud Intelligence customers: connectors, harmonisation, dashboards, attribution and planning for Intelligence+.

Marketing Cloud Intelligence (MCI), formerly Datorama, brings paid, owned and earned marketing data into one model for reporting and attribution. Many implementations have drifted since launch: connectors fail quietly, campaign names no longer harmonise, and dashboards multiply. Our Marketing Cloud intelligence consulting helps existing customers clean this up and decide what to do at renewal.
This service is for MCI itself. For engagement reporting inside Marketing Cloud, see marketing analytics and reporting. For a product overview, see Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

| Area | What we do |
|---|---|

| Alternatives | Compare staying on MCI with options such as Tableau Next, where your edition includes it |
How we work
- 01
Discovery
Interview the people who use MCI, list connectors and dashboards, and find what is trusted and what is ignored.
- 02
Design
Agree a naming and harmonisation standard, a dashboard set and an attribution approach.
- 03
Build
Fix connectors and mappings, rebuild priority dashboards and document the data model.
- 04
Test
Reconcile key figures against source platforms and agree tolerances with owners.
- 05
Launch
Retire duplicate dashboards and train users on the new set.
- 06
Support
Monitor connectors and refreshes, and adjust as channels and campaigns change.
Prerequisites and licences
You need an existing MCI licence, or Intelligence+ through a Marketing Cloud Next renewal. Salesforce lists three additions in Intelligence+: Agentforce Paid Media Optimization, Segment Intelligence and Flexible Attribution. Flexible Attribution became GA in October 2025, and our sources give no status for the other two. Tableau Next is sold standalone, in the Tableau+ bundle, or included in certain Salesforce editions (Core, Advanced and Max). We don't quote prices.
Who it suits
- MCI customers approaching renewal who need to decide on Intelligence+.
- Teams whose dashboards no longer match the numbers in ad platforms.
- Analytics leads deciding between MCI and Tableau for marketing reporting.
Common mistakes
- Fixing campaign names in harmonisation after the fact instead of enforcing a naming standard at source.
- Renewing into Intelligence+ without a use case for what it adds.
- Treating attribution output as proof of cause. Read measuring the impact of marketing automation honestly.
- Keeping every dashboard ever built, so nobody knows which one is right.
