How Salesforce products fit together
Every Salesforce product family on one page, with a line on what each does and a table of current and former names.

Salesforce sells dozens of products, and it has renamed many of them since 2025. In October 2025, apps were relabelled "Agentforce Sales", "Agentforce Service" and so on. By September 2026, salesforce.com was using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud again. This page groups the current lineup by family, gives each product one line and links to our guides.
